Creating housing & employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Aiming to preserve the Historic Hope No. 1 Firehouse as a beacon of service, Hope Served proposes to create a live-work environment for disabled adults within its walls. If awarded the building by the Lancaster County Land Bank Authority, Hope Served would complete:

Fund Allocation

  • Acquire & Renovate Building for ADA accessibility
  • Staff Salaries
  • Support for Independent Living Skills
  • Support for Work & Career Skills
  • Creating Long-term housing transition plans

If this property is not awarded, Hope Served will wholly apply funds to create similar live-work environments in our community.
